How to pack your carry
on suitcase
I am going on a short holiday soon and I shall tell you
about how to pack a carry-on suitcase!
My carry-on luggage is a Tripp suitcase which is very
durable and I think it won an award for best bag from the gadget show on
channel 5.
First I am putting my folded (New look) jumper inside
the netting compartment near the handle so it is easier to take out. Next I put
in my (Pillow Friendz) neck pillow; also it is best to have an (Virgin)
eye mask because of the lights on the plane and (Virgin) ear plugs for
peace and quiet. I put my regular hand bag (Kipling small backpack)
inside too! Put in your (Hello Kitty) cosy socks so you can walk around
in. It’s best to take snacks to eat if
you’re on one of the budget flights, as you may be hungry and (Extra) chewing
gum to freshen your breath and to stop the pressure in your ears when the plane
takes off or lands. Put your computer
items like your (HP) laptop, (Nikon) camera, (Samsung Galaxy
S3 in black) phone and iPad in there as well because it’s easier to take
out through airport security.
In the zip compartment
I’m putting (M&S collection UVA/ UVB /UV400 Protection) sunglasses
and my regular spare glasses too! In a little bag I’m putting chargers for all my
computer items as well as my (JVC) headphones and iPod. Also in the zip compartment
a (WH Smith Amelie Collection A5) notebook and a (Stabile point 88 fine0.4)
pen if you want to write something down, and a good (The Scorch Trials book
2 of Maze runner series by James Dashners) book to read.
It’s best to have a clear toiletry bag (from Superdrug)
because the clear bags they give you at the airport tear easily. In there I put
a compact pack of (Kleenex the original) tissues, a small bottle of
antibacterial gel (from Bath And Body Works in the sent Island Nectar)
to disinfect your hands because of all the germs which are on the plane. You
should bring a moisturiser and a (Maybelline New York Baby lips in peppermint
SPF20) lip balm or (Clinique Chubby Stick moisturizing lip colour balm
in colour number 06 'Woppin’ Watermelon) lipstick because the air is very
dry on the plane. If you’re on a long haul flight it is best to have a (Sensodyne)
toothbrush and (Colgate Total) toothpaste because the ones they give you
are not great and (Mandara Spa) cleansing wipes to clean your face.
Don’t forget to take some (Nurofen) pain killers just in case you have a
headache and your meds of course. And just
in case ladies pads.
The make up to bring on a long haul flight should be
minimal, like a (Bobbi Brown is Extreme Party) mascara, (MAC in
NC 15) concealer, an (Bobbi Brown Long wear cream in Golden Pink 4) eyeshadow
stick, and if you want, an (Maybelline New York Lasting Drama Black
Shock) eye liner pen and to help see what you are doing, a compact mirror
from (Muji). If you want to do your hair it’s best to have a hair band
and your hair brush (Tangle Teezer).
