My September Goals

My September Goals

Happy first day of September ! I’m in beautiful I Los Vegas again this week catching my last rays of sun for a while (probably), and getting some downtime ahead of another busy month.
It’s odd to see my calendar filled on every single day until October, but in a way I’m enjoying my new-found busy-ness. I find that when I’m busy, I keep busy. I get more done as a result of being a bit frantic and on the move so often!

01. I get to spend some time at home last month! So although I’m away right now, after this trip I don’t have any travel lined up until my vacation mid-October. I think I’ve had back to back trips pretty much this entire year, so it’s going to feel odd to have a different routine for a bit.
Saying that, I don’t think I’ll have a lot of time at home over this period (more of that in my next point), but hopefully I’ll have some time to get back in to regular posting, regular replying and just generally do a bit more life admin than I’ve been managing lately! Also, sleep.
02. I’m working on something a bit out of my comfort zone this month, an opportunity came my way and I couldn’t think of a reason to say no. One of my closest friends said to me recently “I remember you saying one of your goals was to become a yes person, and you’ve done so much this past year because of that!” and it’s true, I feel like an entirely different person these days.
Anyway, this next project isn’t an online one so I’m not sure it will be of interest, but I’ll be sure to share the outcome soon. I hate how cryptic this is, I promise it’s a bigger deal to me than it is to you all!
03. Have some reflection time. I feel like this year has passed by in a bit of a blur, and I haven’t had much time to take it all in. It’s a weird feeling because I feel like, as I said above, I’ve sort of grown in to myself a lot but I’ve not really had time to think about what that means for me.
I guess I just want to spend some time doing my usual bits and bobs for awhile, maybe getting back in to ‘at Youtube video's (I haven’t done any filming because I haven’t had time!) and just settling in to normal life. I think my time in Spain has definitely made me think about being more mindful, so that’s something I really want to work on!
04. Honestly, I’m mostly looking forward to riding this blogging high I’m on right now! I’ve got some awesome posts lined up, I’m feeling everything that I’ve been uploading and I just feel very motivated right now. It’s a good way to be!
What’s new with you guys this month?
